Shipping and returns
Purchases are returnable within 14 days for a full refund. They must be unworn, packaged along with the original gift boxes and shipped with appropriate insurance coverage. If you have any questions, or need special shipping instructions, please feel free to call or email us.
Shipping is normally via U.S. Postal Priority Express (insured) UPS and Fed-Ex can be arranged if desired. All packages require delivery signatures.
Alterations
We will be glad to re-size any ring or alter necklaces and bracelets as per your request. Such alterations may void any return privileges, so please be sure to speak to us about this during your purchasing negotiations.
You are welcome to purchase any item for your personal examination. If you wish to have the item sized or altered, we will help arrange return shipping so sizing or alterations will be done by us. Altered merchandise will be shipped back to you within 5 working days of receipt. We will confirm receipt via email and notify you when we are ready to return ship it back to you.
